At Made by Muah, many of our products are offered as preorders. This means your item is produced or prepared after your order is placed, allowing us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and limited-run releases rather than mass production.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately.
Please allow [4-7 weeks] for production and processing before your order ships.
Estimated production timelines will be listed on the product page whenever applicable.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeline before shipment.
Order Processing
Once your preorder item has been completed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after production is complete and your order has been shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
If separate shipping is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays
Because many Made by Mauh products are handmade, limited-run, or produced in small batches, occasional delays may occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize quality over speed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Made by Mauh is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may be required if an order needs to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Made by Mauh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue arises during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
